During synthesis, it takes a lot of effort to bring your notes into Miro or Excel for further analysis. With our latest update, you can now you can export all your notes taken on Betafi into Miro or download them in CSV format to quickly start identifying insights using the tools you love. Here’s how to do it:

Exporting notes to Miro:

First, you need to link your Miro account with Betafi (This is to be done only once)

• Click on the export button on the playback tab of a session
• You will be asked to link your Betafi account with Miro to authorize export of notes
  • You maybe asked to select a team

And, now you can export all your notes into Miro.

• Click on Export and then click on “Start Export” button next to Miro
• Select an existing Miro board or click on “New Board”

All your notes are now available within Miro. Start identifying themes and patterns so you build amazing products backed with customer insights.

And, it literally takes a click to download the notes in CSV format

1. Click on Export button
2. Download your notes as CSV, that’s it.

You can then filter your notes by tags or questions, based on how you set-up the project and expedite finding patterns
